My Week-day 

Рабочий день на английском языке

• I get up at a quarter to seven. I jump out of my bed, switch on the radio and do my morning exercises to the radiomusic. Then I go to the bathroom, wash myself and clean my teethwith a tooth-brush. This does not take me much time, not more than ten orfifteen minutes. Then I dress and sit down to table to have my breakfast. Iusually have a cup of tea or coffee, an egg and bread and butter. After breakfast I go to the technical school. As Ilive far away, I go by bus or by metro. It takes me more time to go by bus. IfI have little time, I go by metro. My lessons begin at 9 o'clock. We have six lessons every day. At aquarter to one we have a lunch hour.

• Я встаю без пятнадцатиминут семь. Я вскакиваю с кровати, включаю радио и делаю зарядку под музыку. За­темя иду в ванную, умываюсь и чищу зубы. На это у меня не уходитмного времени, не больше чем 10-15 минут. Затем я одеваюсь и сажусь за столзавтра­кать. Обычно я на завтрак пью чай иликофе, ем яйцо и хлеб с маслом. Послезавтрака я иду в техникум. Так как я живу дале­ко, то еду на автобусе или на метро. Чтобы доехать на авто­бусе, у меняуходит больше времени. Если у меня мало вре­мени, я еду на метро. Моизанятия начинаются в 9 часов. У нас каждый день шесть уроков. Без четверти часу нас обе­денный перерыв.

• As I cannot get home for lunch, I take it at the dining-room of ourtechnical school. For lunch I have meat or fish with potatoes and a cup of strong tea orcoffee with a pie. At ten minutes to three the lessons are over, and I go home.When I get home from the technical school, I have dinner. My dinner usuallyconsists of three courses. For the first course I have some soup, then some meat or fish. Fordessert I have stewed fruit or ice-cream. Alter dinner I help my mother to washup the dishes. Then I do my lessons. This usually takes me about two hours.

• Второй завтрак я ем встоловой техникума, так как не могу для этого ехать домой. Я ем мясо или рыбу скартофелем и выпиваю чашку крепкого чая или кофе с пирогом. Без десяти минуттри заканчиваются уроки, и я еду домой. Когда я прихожу домой из техникума, яобедаю. Мой обед дома обычно со­стоит из трех блюд. На первое я ем немногосупа, затем мясо или рыбу. На десерт я пью компот или ем мороженое. После обедая помогаю маме вымыть посуду. Затем я делаю уроки. На это у меня обычно уходитоколо двух часов.

• At eight or nine о clock I have supper. I have some salad, a slice ofsausage and bread, sour milk or cereal. In the evening I listen to theradio or watch TV. If the programme isnot interesting, I go to the cinema or to the theatre. Sometimes, I gofor awalk with my friends. We talk about different things and usually have agoodtime. At 11 o'clock I go to bed. 

•  В восемь или девятьчасов вечера я ужинаю. На ужин я ем салат, кусочек колбасы с хлебом, кислоемолоко или кашу. Вечером я слушаю радиоили смотрю телевизор. Если программа неинтересная, я иду в кино или в театр.Иногда я иду погулять с друзьями. Мы о многом разговариваем и хорошо проводимвремя. Я ложусь спать в 11 часов.
