How to make the sound /t∫/
Look at the diagram.
Listen and say the sound.
There is no voicing (vibration from the throat).
/t∫/ is like /t/+/∫/ together.
Target sound: /t∫∂/

Note: The name of the letter G is /d3i:/, and the name of the letter J is /d3ei/. Listen and repeat.
